Consultations are by appointment only.
**Please note that as of 6 March 2020, online appointment bookings have been suspended as a temporary measure due to Coronavirus - please see here for more information. Prescriptions can be ordered online as usual.**
If you require an urgent or on the day appointment please phone reception and do not walk in. Urgent cases will be seen on the same day although it might not be with your usual doctor. Please advise the receptionist if you need to be seen urgently. Urgent or on the day appointments should be requested before 11:00am whenever possible.
A non urgent GP appointment can be booked online, over the telephone or in person at reception in advance, during opening hours. Patients are free to consult any doctor.
Appointments are for 10 minutes duration and for one patient only. If another member of your family needs to be seen please remember to book a separate appointment.
If you feel your problem could be dealt with over the telephone rather than by attending the surgery please call and explain the situation to the receptionist. Your details will be taken and an appropriate member of the healthcare team will call you back.
If you cannot attend an appointment for any reason please inform us as soon as possible in order for us to give the slot to someone else. If we are closed, you can cancel online or leave a message on 01224 283934 to cancel your appointment and this will be dealt with the next working day.
Repeated failure to attend your appointments with any member of staff may result in you being asked to register elsewhere.
